Everything Shelfie does for a shop is in Budget Pro too, on the phone and on any computer.
The till
Search or scan, then cash, mobile money, card, bank transfer or credit, or one sale split across several.
- Pack sizes with their own prices, stock counted in pieces.
- Receipts to a Bluetooth printer from the phone, or 58 mm and 80 mm paper and PDF from a computer, or shared from your own WhatsApp.
- Shifts and a cash-up with expected and counted side by side.
Stock
Every item in and out with a reason and a name: deliveries, counts, returns, damage, expiry and transfers. A reorder list with the quantity to buy.
Customers and debts
Credit sales go into the customer’s account, within the limit you set. Part payments clear the oldest sales first, and statements and reminders go from your own WhatsApp.
Reports
22 reports for any dates, as PDF or Excel: sales, profit, stock value, what customers owe, cash-up by shift and VAT.
