Sign in on any computer with the same account. The web portal runs the whole shop: the till, stock, customers, reports and your team.
- Turn parts on and off: the owner chooses the shop, the farm and the event budget under Settings. Turning one off hides it and deletes nothing.
- Your team: invite staff with their own logins and roles.
- Farm and event records are entered on the phone. On the web, the dashboard shows their figures, and every record is in the classic screens.

How is Budget Pro different from the other three apps?
It holds all three: the shop, the poultry farm and the event budget, in one app. Shelfie, Kuku Tally and Pledge & Budget each do one of them, for people who want only that on their phone. The account, the records and the plan are the same whichever you use.
Can I start with one and add another later?
Yes. Your account keeps one set of records, so another app signs in with the same login and finds them. On the web, the owner turns the shop, the farm and the event budget on or off under Settings. Turning one off hides it and deletes nothing.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, in the phone app. Records are saved on the phone first and sent when the network comes back. On a computer, the web portal needs a connection.
Which phones does it run on?
Android phones, from Google Play. On an iPhone or a computer, use the web portal in the browser with the same account.
Do I pay for each part?
No. One plan covers every app and every part of your account. The limits are the same ones: products, sales, team logins, phones and storage.
Can I pay by the year?
Yes. Pay monthly or yearly by card, or by mobile money where your country has it, from inside your account. You can change plan at any time.
